I'm designing hybrid systems using Hoymiles grid-tied microinverters, EG4 batteries, and EG4 or AIMS Power off-grid inverters that are more competitive than a Sol-Ark. Here is an example. In the near future when I get some $, I'm going to buy the EG4 Inverter and the Hoymiles DTU-S with Export Management and see if I can make them operate AC coupled to the EG4 inverter microgrid, using a step-up XFMR to 240V. If anyone else wants to give this a try, LMK. I'm anxious to learn the results, but cash is strapped at the moment.
