When LV08 only works partly:

Solution 1: 
Manually restart
Press the reset button over 10s when power the miner on. 
Configure the miner again after it restarts.

Solution 2: 
If you let the unit go "cold" so switched off for 30 minutes (ambient temperature) and you plug it in and check in the log files, does it work.

Solution 3: 
First start by setting default values for freq: 485 Mhz and default voltage: 1200 mV, save and restart.Run it for 2~3 hours. Second,power the miner off,set freq:575 Mhz and voltage:1300 mV, save and restart. Run 1 min, save and restart again. Power off then power on.

Solution 4: 
Gently move the heatsink to make sure the contact between the heatsink and the VR (Voltage Regulator) appeared to be normal.
Screwed the heatsink back on the PCB and reassembled the unit. Like the picture shows.
